Placeholder policy. PEFI collects only the data needed for each step of membership, learning and event registration, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

For members under 18, a parent or guardian's consent is recorded before the account is created.

QR codes on member IDs and certificates contain only a random verification code — never names, phone numbers or dates of birth.
